  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions? 

    Yes, we occasionally run discounts and promotions.


     

  • What payment methods does your store accept?

    We mostly use PayPal to receive payments, and we also accept T/T transfers.
    If you have any questions about the payment process or encounter any issues, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist!

     

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Regular orders (non-customized items) will be shipped out within 3 days, and customized items will be shipped out after 15 days.

     

  • Which logistics companies do you use for delivery? And is there any costs?

    We choose different modes of transportation according to different countries, including China Post, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, US Special Line, etc. We will choose the most stable and efficient way to send goods. Except for the tariffs that may be incurred by China Post, there will be no other fees for other methods.

     

  • How can I track my order?

    We will upload the logistics tracking number to the store after delivery. Please check the information on the logistics company's official website or www.17track.net after 9 working days (3 days for China Post).

     

  • How long will it take for me to receive the goods after you ship them?

    Usually around 10-15 days, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
