1. Return Period
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@julontime.com to receive the return instructions and address.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging and accessories (e.g., strap tools, extra links) must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.

Custom-made products (e.g., logo dials) are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using their local courier.

We do not refund any import taxes or customs duties you may incur when returning the product.

If a returned package incurs customs charges on our end, we reserve the right to deduct those costs from your refund.

However, we will not deduct the original shipping fee from your refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Custom watches with logo or engraved text

Products from unauthorized resellers

Items damaged due to misuse or human error

Slight bezel misalignment (within accepted tolerances)

Gift items, giveaways, or promotional accessories

Sale accessories (e.g., straps, boxes, tools, etc.)
5. Damages and Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note: Packaging damage due to shipping or customs inspection is not considered a product defect.
6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 1–2 business days.

You must provide tracking number, courier name, and a photo of the return shipping label.

If the returned item does not match the original order (e.g., incorrect model, missing parts), we may refuse the refund or deduct a portion of the amount depending on the discrepancy.
